Manage IT initiatives independently from early ideation through successful closure with minimal supervision.
Coordinate business and IT teams, maintain initiative visibility, and support strong governance practices.
Initiative Management
- Manage assigned IT initiatives from ideation and scoping through closure.
- Coordinate business units and IT teams to clarify requests and align evolving needs.
- Support business cases, benefits realization, prioritization, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
- Track milestones, deliverables, time, budget, and scope across IT teams.
- Build dashboards and trackers for initiative status, pipelines, and capacity utilization.
- Prepare regular status updates for stakeholders.
Architecture and Audits
- Apply enterprise architecture principles so initiatives align with the broader technology landscape.
- Manage IT audits end-to-end, coordinating documentation and closure of findings.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for working teams and senior stakeholders.
Additional Support
- Complete other relevant tasks requested by leadership to support business objectives.
Profile Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; computer science, information systems, or business administration is preferred.
- Three to five years of relevant experience and demonstrated ability to manage initiatives independently.
- Strong hands-on ability to build slide decks and presentations from scratch.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining Excel dashboards and trackers.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across IT and business audiences.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to tracking multiple initiatives.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time if required.
