About the role
The Finance Business Partner Officer will improve reporting efficiency, deliver actionable insights, support business planning cycles, and help foster a data-driven culture.
The role works with stakeholders across departments to support financial performance and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Assist with weekly and monthly management reports, SLA targets, and month-end closing reports.
- Support insights on revenue, demand, costs, and campaign performance to optimize ROI.
- Contribute to forecasting and budgeting cycles and consolidate business-unit inputs.
- Build cross-functional relationships and support financial policy simulations.
- Automate and standardize recurring reports, maintain data models and dashboards, and handle ad hoc reporting requests.
- Participate in training on data visualization tools and develop understanding of performance metrics and financial concepts.
Profile requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Progress toward SOCPA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or a similar credential is a plus.
- 0–2 years of experience in finance, reporting, or a similar analytical role.
- Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and lookups.
- Exposure to Tableau or other BI tools is a plus.
- Solid accounting foundation, analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, collaboration, and time management.
