Responsibilities
- Diagnose, evaluate, and manage endocrine and metabolic disorders in adult patients
- Treat conditions including diabetes mellitus, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, obesity, adrenal and pituitary diseases, parathyroid disorders, and other hormonal imbalances
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluation, laboratory findings, and diagnostic imaging
- Monitor and manage patients with acute and chronic endocrine conditions through regular follow up
- Interpret endocrine laboratory investigations, imaging studies, and specialized diagnostic tests
- Provide comprehensive diabetes management, including insulin therapy, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), and patient education
- Counsel patients on nutrition, lifestyle modifications, weight management, and disease prevention
- Coordinate care with primary care physicians, surgeons, dietitians, diabetes educators, and other specialists
- Perform and document outpatient consultations while maintaining accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education activities
Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution
- MD, DM, DNB, or equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification in Endocrinology
- Valid DOH Abu Dhabi License or DOH Eligibility Letter
- Minimum 3–5 years of post specialization clinical experience in Endocrinology is preferred
- Expertise in the diagnosis and management of diabetes, thyroid diseases, osteoporosis, obesity, and other endocrine disorders
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage

Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled and patient focused Specialist Endocrinologist to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi.
- The successful candidate will diagnose, treat, and manage patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders, providing evidence based, patient centered care.

Qualifications
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
- MD, DM, DNB, or equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification in Endocrinology.
- Valid DOH Abu Dhabi License or DOH Eligibility Letter.
- Minimum 3–5 years of post specialization clinical experience in Endocrinology is preferred.
- Expertise in the diagnosis and management of diabetes, thyroid diseases, osteoporosis, obesity, and other endocrine disorders.
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and decision making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling abilities.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
