About the Role
HIGH QUALITY HEALTH CONSULTANCY is seeking a Specialist Dermatologist for a full-time, on-site role in Ajman. The dermatologist will provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of dermatological conditions, perform procedures and cosmetic treatments, and collaborate with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of dermatological conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, infections, and other skin, hair, and nail disorders
- Perform dermatologic procedures, minor surgeries, and cosmetic treatments as per clinical guidelines and patient needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with local regulations and clinical protocols
- Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive skin care
- Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a safe, patient centered care environment
Requirements
- Strong clinical foundation in Medicine and Dermatology, with proven ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of skin, hair, and nail diseases
- Advanced expertise in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology, including non surgical aesthetic procedures and evidence based cosmetic treatments
- Specific experience in the diagnosis and treatment of Acne and related disorders
- Valid specialist qualification in Dermatology (e.g., board certification or equivalent), meeting UAE licensing requirements or eligibility
- Current or eligible license with relevant UAE health authorities (e.g., DHA, MOH, HAAD) is highly preferred
- Demonstrated commitment to patient centered care, ethical practice, infection control, and clinical safety standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, culturally diverse team
- Willingness to participate in continuous professional development, quality improvement, and clinical governance activities
