About the Role
We are seeking a Specialist Pediatrician to provide comprehensive pediatric care in an on-site clinical setting in Ajman. The role includes patient consultations, diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care to infants, children, and adolescents in an on site clinical setting
- Conduct patient consultations, perform physical examinations, diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Provide preventive care and vaccinations
- Collaborate with other physicians and healthcare professionals, participate in care planning
- Ensure adherence to relevant clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate medical records, counsel families on treatment plans and child health
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the facility
Requirements
- Strong clinical expertise in Medicine and Primary Care relevant to pediatric populations
- Advanced skills and experience in Pediatrics, including management of common and complex childhood conditions
- Specialized knowledge in Neonatology for the care of newborns, including high risk and premature infants
- Demonstrated ability in Working with Physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care
- Recognized medical degree and completion of pediatric residency; board certification or equivalent in Pediatrics is preferred
- Valid or eligibility for relevant UAE medical license (e.g., DHA/MOH/HAAD/DHCC) and compliance with local regulatory requirements
- Strong communication skills for interacting with children and families, and proficiency in maintaining clear clinical documentation
- Commitment to evidence based practice, continuous professional development, and quality and safety standards in healthcare
