Requirements
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and licensing processes in Dubai (DHA, MOH, HAAD, DHCC)
- Skills in healthcare facility planning and coordination
- Competence in research, data analysis, and report writing
- Excellent client facing communication and relationship management skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business, public health, or related field
- Prior experience in healthcare consultancy or regulatory compliance in UAE strongly preferred
