Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or related roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation
- Proficient in Excel and data handling tools
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Basic knowledge of database management concepts
- Proficient command of written and spoken Arabic and English

Job Purpose
- The Chief Executive Data and Analytics is responsible for data collection, analysis, and reporting activities that enable informed decision making across DMC.
- The role holder is responsible for preparing datasets, generating basic insights, and supporting the development of reports and dashboards.
Key Accountabilities
- Implement the day to day operational requirements for Data and Analytics, in line with the overall strategy, vision and goals.
- Work collaboratively with the Data and Analytics team to ensure smooth and on time delivery of services.
- Provide metrics and supporting documents to the Head Data and Analytics to support monthly KPI reports.
- Collect, compile, and organize data from internal and external sources for data analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across datasets.
- Clean and validate data to prepare it for analysis and reporting.
- Maintain structured databases and ensure proper documentation of data sources.
- Support the integration of data from multiple systems and stakeholders.
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Support senior team members in performing deeper analytical work and modeling.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather required data inputs for analysis and reporting.
Job Specifications
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or related roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficient: Data analysis and interpretation, Excel and data handling tools, command of written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Basic: Data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau), database management concepts.
Key Performance Indicators
- Research Support Impact: Percentage of research reports that resulted in implemented changes.
- Research Support: Number of effective research reports delivered for DMC departments.
- Gap Analyses and Benchmarking Impact: Percentage of analyses and benchmarking reports that were used in decision making.
- On time Delivery: Percentage of reports delivered within agreed timelines.
