- Work with infrastructure partners to ensure gaming firms have access to labs, studios, and accelerator spaces.
- Guide gaming businesses through IP protection process and promote export readiness.
- Collect, monitor, and report KPIs related to business development.
Requirements
- 5+ years in gaming, digital media, or tech sector business development
- Experience supporting gaming startups through strategic partnership growth and ecosystem development
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Media, Gaming, Public Policy or related field
- Proficient in written and spoken Arabic and English

Job Purpose
- The Senior Specialist Business Development (Gaming) is responsible for supporting the growth of Dubai’s gaming sector by identifying and executing key programs that strengthen the local ecosystem.
Key Accountabilities
- Implement operational requirements for Business Development (Gaming).
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth delivery.
- Provide metrics and supporting documents to the Head.
- Serve as primary liaison for Dubai based gaming companies.
- Support businesses in accessing government programs.
- Recommend customized interventions based on business needs.
- Build sector specific directories and maintain profiles.
- Facilitate partnerships with global game publishers and platforms.
- Coordinate local participation in international expos.
- Source speaking opportunities for Dubai gaming companies.
- Work with infrastructure partners for access to labs and studios.
- Guide businesses through IP protection process.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in gaming, digital media, or tech sector business development.
- Experience supporting gaming startups through strategic partnership growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Media, Gaming, Public Policy or related field.
- Certifications in digital transformation or gaming strategy preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficient: Business development strategy in gaming and/or digital tech sectors.
- Proficient: Gaming business models, global trends, and ecosystems.
- Proficient: Internal and external stakeholder management.
- Proficient: Knowledge of digital infrastructure requirements for gaming.
