About the Role

- Manage and coordinate the annual performance appraisal process
- Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines
- Ensure effective implementation and communication of HR policies across the organization
- Coordinate employee services and benefits, including medical insurance and employee discount programs
- Plan and organize employee engagement, wellness, and happiness initiatives
- Support employee relations and address inquiries related to HR policies and services
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and workplace culture
- Prepare HR reports, documentation, and employee communications as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Preferred 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in employee affairs and engagement
- Strong knowledge of performance management systems and HR policies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
