- Lead strategic enterprise opportunities, including RFPs, tenders, and complex commercial engagements
- Build and manage partnerships across POS, FoodTech, hospitality technology, ERP, ordering platforms, and payments ecosystems
- Develop joint commercial initiatives with strategic partners to create new revenue opportunities
- Establish and maintain executive relationships with enterprise customers and ecosystem partners
- Identify new market opportunities across hospitality, F&B, retail, and digital commerce sectors
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and senior stakeholder meetings
- Work cross functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams
Requirements
- 5–7+ years’ experience in business development, partnerships, enterprise sales, or strategic account management
- Experience within POS, payments, SaaS, FoodTech, hospitality technology, or enterprise software
- Proven success managing complex commercial opportunities and negotiations
- Strong understanding of the UAE business ecosystem, particularly hospitality, F&B, retail, and technology sectors
- Existing relationships with enterprise customers, technology providers, hospitality groups, or strategic partners
- Confidence engaging with senior executives and building long term commercial relationships

Role Overview
- Reporting to the POS Sales Director, you will lead strategic commercial initiatives across the UAE, including enterprise opportunities, partnership development, and market expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic enterprise opportunities, including RFPs, tenders, and complex commercial engagements.
- Build and manage partnerships across POS, FoodTech, hospitality technology, ERP, ordering platforms, and payments ecosystems.

Candidate Profile
