Special Projects & Partnerships Manager

Role Overview

  • Reporting to the POS Sales Director, you will lead strategic commercial initiatives across the UAE, including enterprise opportunities, partnership development, and market expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic enterprise opportunities, including RFPs, tenders, and complex commercial engagements.
  • Build and manage partnerships across POS, FoodTech, hospitality technology, ERP, ordering platforms, and payments ecosystems.
  • Develop joint commercial initiatives with strategic partners to create new revenue opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain executive relationships with enterprise customers and ecosystem partners.
  • Identify new market opportunities across hospitality, F&B, retail, and digital commerce sectors.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and senior stakeholder meetings.
  • Work cross functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Candidate Profile

  • 5–7+ years’ experience in business development, partnerships, enterprise sales, or strategic account management.
  • Experience within POS, payments, SaaS, FoodTech, hospitality technology, or enterprise software.
  • Proven success managing complex commercial opportunities and negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE business ecosystem, particularly hospitality, F&B, retail, and technology sectors.
  • Existing relationships with enterprise customers, technology providers, hospitality groups, or strategic partners.
  • Confidence engaging with senior executives and building long term commercial relationships.
