- Identify, develop, and close new enterprise merchant opportunities across the UAE
- Build strong relationships with C level executives, CFOs, Finance Directors, and other stakeholders
- Develop strategic account plans to acquire and expand high value merchant relationships
- Conduct commercial negotiations and prepare proposals tailored to merchant requirements
- Manage the end to end sales cycle from prospecting through implementation and go live
- Collaborate with Product, Integration, Operations, Risk, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Drive cross selling opportunities across Geidea's full suite of payment solutions
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and revenue forecast
- Represent Geidea at industry events, networking opportunities, and customer meetings
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Enterprise Sales, Merchant Acquiring, Payments, Banking, Fintech, or SaaS
- Strong understanding of payment acquiring and digital payment ecosystems
- Existing network of enterprise merchants within the UAE
- Proven experience managing large commercial negotiations
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Experience working with complex merchant implementations and enterprise sales cycles
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to engage confidently with senior executives
- Self motivated with strong commercial acumen

- Consistently acquire new enterprise merchants.
