Role Overview

  • Geidea is a leading payment technology company in the Middle East, empowering businesses across UAE, KSA, and Egypt.
  • We are looking for an ambitious Relationship Manager to join our Enterprise Sales team in the UAE.
  • This role focuses on acquiring and managing strategic merchant relationships across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new enterprise merchant opportunities across the UAE.
  • Build strong relationships with C level executives, CFOs, Finance Directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic account plans to acquire and expand high value merchant relationships.
  • Conduct commercial negotiations and prepare proposals tailored to merchant requirements.
  • Manage the end to end sales cycle from prospecting through implementation and go live.
  • Collaborate with Product, Integration, Operations, Risk, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Drive cross selling opportunities across Geidea's full suite of payment solutions.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and revenue forecast.
  • Represent Geidea at industry events, networking opportunities, and customer meetings.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years experience in Enterprise Sales, Merchant Acquiring, Payments, Banking, Fintech, or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of payment acquiring and digital payment ecosystems.
  • Existing network of enterprise merchants within the UAE.
  • Proven experience managing large commercial negotiations.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working with complex merchant implementations and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior executives.
  • Self motivated with strong commercial acumen.

Preferred Industry Experience

  • Experience selling into Retail, Luxury Retail, Hospitality, Hotels, Restaurants & QSR, shopping malls, Healthcare, Education, Airlines & Aviation, Automotive, Entertainment, eCommerce, Government, Real Estate, or Subscription Businesses.

Success Criteria

  • Consistently acquire new enterprise merchants.
  • Build long term strategic partnerships with key accounts.
  • Drive revenue growth through new business and account expansion.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience throughout onboarding and implementation.
  • Become a trusted advisor to merchants by understanding their business objectives and recommending innovative payment solutions.
