Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain high service standards throughout the spa and ensure therapists consistently follow best practices.
• Manage therapist training plans, training, assessments, SOPs, and policy sessions.
• Coordinate training requirements with Learning and Development and conduct LQE and Forbes refresher training.
• Control stocks, stock takes, orders, linens, professional products, amenities, tools, and operational supplies.
• Maintain treatment-room cleanliness and hygiene in line with FHLSS and applicable legislation.
• Assist with demonstrations, events, spa promotions, and marketing-plan activities.
• Motivate therapists, monitor team morale, and report to the Spa Operations Manager.
• Achieve sales targets and coach therapists who need support with upselling.
• Perform spa treatments to the highest standards and follow up on equipment maintenance issues.

Expectations

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, massage techniques, body treatments, and wellness services.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team of spa therapists.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred, and resort experience is a plus.
