Key Responsibilities
- Promote spa services or retail, schedule reservations and confirm appointments.
- Provide answers about services, check in guests, and process payments.
- Create a safe workplace, follow company policies, and maintain professional appearance.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended time; move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Manage reservation software and verify information visually.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds (25 pounds with assistance).
