Position Summary

- Our Spa Specialists play an important role in support of a number of vital Spa functions, working to build an experience that is memorable and unique.
Our Expectations from the Role
- Promote Spa services or retail
- Schedule reservations and confirm appointments
- Provide answers about services
- Check in guests
- Process payments
- Create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
- Manage reservation software (read and visually verify information)
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance and 25 pounds with assistance
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
- License or Certification: None
