Role Overview
The Spa Therapist provides professional spa and wellness treatments while delivering personalized, high-level hospitality to hotel guests.
The role supports spa operations and coordinates with Lead Spa Therapists and the Spa Manager.
Guest Service and Treatments
- Handle guest interactions, special requests, complaints, and inquiries related to spa services.
- Provide massage, facial, body, and other wellness treatments in the spa, around the pool, in guest suites, and in other suitable locations.
- Adapt services and recommendations to guest preferences and needs.
Products and Treatment Standards
- Maintain strong product knowledge and recommend or upsell treatments, packages, and retail items sensitively.
