- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of spa and recreation facilities including treatment rooms, locker areas, gym, and poolside
- Maintain a well organized, safe, and welcoming environment for guests
- Regularly inspect facilities and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Replenish guest supplies, towels, and amenities
- Provide professional and courteous guest service and assistance
- Assist in setting up and maintaining recreational areas and equipment
Requirements
- Previous experience as Housekeeping Attendant/Room Attendant or in spa/recreational facility operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail with focus on cleanliness and organization
- Basic communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a physically active role
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
