We are seeking an experienced and professional **Spa Manager** to oversee daily spa operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high service standards, and driving business performance in a luxury wellness environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily spa operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage and supervise spa therapists and support staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle scheduling, appointments, and staff coordination
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and operational standards
- Manage inventory, supplies, and spa products
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
- Develop strategies to increase sales and client retention
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Spa Manager or in spa operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness services
