About the Role
Career Land Center is hiring a full-time remote Hospitality Recruiter on a commission-only basis. The role involves sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for clients in the Beauty and Hospitality industries across the Middle East.

Responsibilities
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process using Recruiterflow CRM
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings
- Contact candidates via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
- Maintain accurate and detailed candidate records in the CRM
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Previous recruitment experience is an advantage
- Experience recruiting for the Middle East market is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Fast thinker with ability to process and remember multiple pieces of information
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a CRM system for extended periods
- Self motivated, hardworking, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong sourcing skills or willingness to learn advanced sourcing techniques

- This is a full time remote opportunity for recruiters who are committed to building a career in recruitment.
- You will recruit for clients in the Beauty and Hospitality industries, primarily across the Middle East.
- Compensation is commission based only, with a fixed commission paid for every successfully placed candidate. There is no salary.
Responsibilities
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process using Recruiterflow CRM.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Contact candidates via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate and detailed candidate records, including notes, statuses, stages, and all recruitment activities in the CRM.
- Keep the CRM fully updated at all times.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and other external sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure all communication and candidate information is accurate and properly documented.

Compensation
