- Prepare authentic Italian pizzas, including dough, sauces, toppings, and baking
- Manage the full pizza production process with consistency and precision
- Perform live pizza making shows for guests with confidence and professionalism
- Ensure excellent food presentation and high quality taste standards
- Maintain proper food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness at all times
- Control ingredients, stock levels, and wastage within the pizza section
- Work closely with the culinary team to support smooth kitchen operations
- Contribute ideas for pizza menus, specials, and seasonal offerings
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pizza Chef, preferably in an Italian restaurant or premium dining concept
- Strong knowledge of authentic Italian pizza making techniques
- Confident in hand stretching dough and working with traditional pizza ovens
- Able to perform live pizza making demonstrations in front of guests
- Good grooming, professional appearance, and presentable personality
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced restaurant environment
- Positive attitude, discipline, and strong attention to detail
- Ready to relocate to Kuwait
- Valid passport with at least 1 year remaining
