Role Description
Oversee daily spa operations at Narcissus Hotel and Residence in Jeddah.
Manage staff scheduling, performance, and training while coordinating treatments, facilities, and guest flow.
Monitor inventory, equipment maintenance, hygiene, health and safety, guest satisfaction, revenue, and cost control.
Develop promotions, collaborate with sales and marketing, resolve service issues, and improve spa experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong spa operations management skills, including staff supervision, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
- Experience in guest service, hospitality, and customer feedback handling in a luxury or upscale environment.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness concepts, and health and safety standards within spa facilities.
- Ability to manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and support revenue growth through services and promotions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Fluency in Arabic and good command of English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Previous spa or wellness management experience, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- A relevant diploma or degree in hospitality, business management, or a wellness-related field is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
