- Ensure spa facilities, including treatment rooms, lounges, and changing areas, are clean, well maintained, and fully stocked
- Greet and assist guests, providing towels, robes, and other amenities as needed
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after each service
- Replenish supplies such as towels, linens, and toiletries
- Maintain the spa's ambiance by monitoring lighting, music, and overall presentation
- Assist therapists and other spa team as required
- Handle guest requests and ensure prompt service
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a spa attendant or in a similar hospitality role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of spa services and facilities

- This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring a relaxing and luxurious spa experience. This role plays a key part in upholding the spa’s high standards of hygiene and service.
What you will be doing:
- Ensure the spa facilities, including treatment rooms, lounges, and changing areas, are clean, well maintained, and fully stocked.
