- Recruit, onboard, and train kitchen staff
- Engage with guests to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
- Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen areas and equipment
Requirements
- Experience as a Chef De Cuisine or similar senior culinary role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
- Ability to design and execute innovative menus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Description
- Lead, supervise, and develop the kitchen brigade through mentoring, training, and performance management.
- Design, develop, and execute innovative menus that reflect contemporary culinary trends.
- Ensure consistent execution of all dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Oversee food cost management and implement strategies to optimize food revenue.
- Maintain strict adherence to HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
- Coordinate seamlessly between kitchen and service teams.
- Conduct daily kitchen briefings and prepare work schedules.
- Recruit, onboard, and train kitchen staff.
- Engage directly with guests to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and organization of kitchen work areas and equipment.
- Collaborate with food and beverage team for special events and promotions.
- Stay current with culinary innovations and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Cooperate and comply with OSH instructions and safe working procedures.
- Take reasonable care for health and safety of self and others.
- Do not adversely interfere with OSH provisions.
- Follow OSHMS procedures.
- Report near misses, hazards, unsafe conditions or acts.
- Use appropriate PPE and safety systems.
- Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures.
- Attend OSH training as required.
- Maintain OSHMS records as required.
