- Proven ability to work in fast paced, team oriented environments

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role for a Sous Chef based in Riyadh.
- The Sous Chef will supervise daily kitchen operations, ensure food preparation standards, and maintain high quality and consistency.
- Responsibilities include menu planning, maintaining kitchen hygiene, managing inventory, and mentoring kitchen staff.
- The Sous Chef will collaborate closely with the Head Chef.
Qualifications
- Strong culinary expertise, including food preparation, plating, and presentation techniques.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities to supervise and train kitchen staff.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory management, food safety standards, and hygiene protocols.
- Menu development and ability to contribute creative ideas for high end dining.

- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Formal culinary training or certification is preferred but not required.
