Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site role for a Sous Chef based in Riyadh.
  • The Sous Chef will supervise daily kitchen operations, ensure food preparation standards, and maintain high quality and consistency.
  • Responsibilities include menu planning, maintaining kitchen hygiene, managing inventory, and mentoring kitchen staff.
  • The Sous Chef will collaborate closely with the Head Chef.

Qualifications

  • Strong culinary expertise, including food preparation, plating, and presentation techniques.
  • Leadership and mentoring abilities to supervise and train kitchen staff.
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory management, food safety standards, and hygiene protocols.
  • Menu development and ability to contribute creative ideas for high end dining.
  • Proven ability to work in fast paced, team oriented environments.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Formal culinary training or certification is preferred but not required.
