Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager located in Riyadh.

The Restaurant General Manager will oversee all restaurant operations, including staff management, budgeting, profit and loss management, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include hiring and training team members, monitoring daily operations, maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards, and leading efforts to achieve customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

The Restaurant General Manager will serve as a hands-on leader to inspire and develop team members while maintaining efficient restaurant performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in P&L Management and Budgeting
  • Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Hiring and managing staff effectively
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet business goals
  • Prior experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or fine-dining sector is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
