Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in KSA.

The Key Account Manager will focus on building and maintaining relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business success.

Responsibilities include business planning to meet client needs, managing key accounts, executing strategies to achieve sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Key Account Management and Account Management skills to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Candidates with a technical experience in the audio and visual industry are prioritized
  • Proficiency in Business Planning to develop and implement strategies and meet objectives.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns in a professional manner.
  • Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify opportunities, and drive business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Relevant educational background in business, hospitality management, or a related field is advantageous.
