The ideal candidate will be the Executive Chef's trusted second in command, helping to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

By ensuring high standards of quality, taste and presentation.

Looking for a leader who can manage kitchen operation, mentor staff and maintain efficiency and sanitation in a fast-paced environment.

• Help lead and support the kitchen team by training, coaching, and motivating staff
• Assist the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations and step in when they are absent
• Help plan menus and develop recipes that meet quality standards and guest expectations
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented consistently and at a high level
