The Sales Coordinator is responsible for a variety of administrative and organizational tasks that support the hotel’s sales and marketing efforts.

This position helps maintain strong client relationships, assists with small group events, and ensures the property upholds brand standards.

Strong communication skills and a commitment to accuracy and service are essential.

• Sales & Office Support: Maintain accurate sales files, contracts, and client documentation. Handle data entry with precision and ensure all materials are routed efficiently to the appropriate team members.
• Communication Coordination: Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and clients, helping ensure seamless communication and smooth day to day operations.
