- Assist the Head Chef in managing the daily kitchen operations
- Prepare and supervise the preparation of burgers, sandwiches, steaks, and other menu items according to company recipes and standards
- Ensure consistency in food presentation, portion control, and taste
- Monitor food quality and ensure all dishes meet the required standards before serving
- Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene in compliance with Saudi regulations
- Supervise kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth workflow during service
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and ordering
- Minimize food waste and ensure efficient use of kitchen resources
- Train and support junior kitchen staff when required
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and safely operated
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership kitchen role
- Strong hands on experience in burgers, sandwiches, and steaks is mandatory
- Good knowledge of food quality standards, food safety regulations, and kitchen operations
- Proven ability to manage kitchen workflow and maintain consistency during busy service periods
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Valid and transferable Iqama
- Must be available to attend a physical cooking test in Al Jubail, Dammam, or Al Khobar

Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
- The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in preparing burgers, sandwiches, and steaks, while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, consistency, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency.
- The Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring smooth service.
Key Responsibilities
