- Support the Executive Chef in leading daily kitchen operations
- Lead the culinary team during service, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Contribute to menu development, seasonal concepts, and recipe standardization
- Monitor operational results including guest satisfaction, food quality, cost management, and productivity
- Assist in managing food cost, portion control, waste reduction, and inventory accuracy
- Review guest feedback and support improvement initiatives
- Support training plans, coach junior team members, and promote continuous learning
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies
- Support execution of events, promotions, and high demand service periods

- Strong culinary experience, ideally within a lifestyle hotel
- Leadership presence and commercial awareness
- Ability to deliver results through teamwork and engagement

Your Day to Day
- Support the Executive Chef in leading daily kitchen operations.
