- Support the Executive Chef in leading daily kitchen operations
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented with consistency, creativity, and quality
- Lead the culinary team during service, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Contribute to menu development, seasonal concepts, and recipe standardization
- Monitor food cost, portion control, waste reduction, and inventory accuracy
- Review guest feedback and support improvement initiatives
- Support training plans and coach junior team members
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Strong culinary experience, ideally within a lifestyle hotel
- Leadership presence and commercial awareness
- Ability to deliver results through teamwork and engagement

Your Day to Day
- Support the Executive Chef in leading daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented with consistency, creativity, and quality.
- Lead the culinary team during service, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Contribute to menu development, seasonal concepts, and recipe standardization.

- Lead and develop people through training and coaching.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Support execution of events, promotions, and high demand service periods.
