About This Role
Support the Head Chef in leading Sadeem’s kitchen operations.
Focus on menu development, concept creation, product consistency, and daily execution.
Turn culinary ideas into practical, scalable, and commercially viable menu items.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and testing new dishes and improving existing recipes.
- Standardize preparation methods and maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and brand direction.
- Work with the Head Chef, pastry team, beverage team, procurement, and operations to deliver a consistent guest experience.
- Maintain kitchen discipline, food safety, cost control, and team performance.
Requirements
- Strong experience in premium café, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality kitchen operations.
- Knowledge of breakfast, brunch, all-day dining, salads, sandwiches, hot dishes, sauces, and modern café-style food.
- Ability to support menu development, dish creation, recipe testing, and product improvement.
- Strong understanding of recipe standardization, portion control, food costing, and kitchen workflow.
- Ability to execute dishes consistently according to approved recipes, plating standards, and quality expectations.
- Experience supervising kitchen teams during preparation and service.
