About This Role
Support the kitchen team with daily food preparation, cooking, mise en place, cleanliness, and service execution.
Follow recipes, preparation standards, and instructions from senior chefs while maintaining quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Keep the assigned section organized and continuously develop technical skills and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Support daily food preparation and cooking.
- Complete mise en place and assist with service execution.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and proper storage.
- Follow recipes, preparation standards, and senior chef instructions.
- Maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
- Keep the assigned section organized and support smooth kitchen operations.
- Develop technical skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Have at least 1–2 years of kitchen experience.
- Experience in premium cafés, hotels, restaurants, or high-quality casual dining concepts is preferred.
- Have basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, kitchen hygiene, food safety, and proper storage procedures.
