About This Role
The Hostess creates a warm and professional first impression for every guest.
The role supports the smooth flow of front-of-house operations and an efficient guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests.
- Manage reservations and waiting lists.
- Coordinate table availability.
- Communicate closely with the service team.
- Maintain knowledge of the restaurant layout, guest preferences, and service flow.
- Ensure every guest is acknowledged, assisted, and looked after from arrival.
Requirements
- Have 2–3 years of experience in a hostess, guest relations, or front-of-house role.
- Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Maintain a professional appearance and confident approach to guest interaction.
- Remain composed during busy service periods while maintaining high hospitality standards.
- Experience with reservation systems, table management, waiting lists, and guest requests is preferred.
- Speak English.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–AED 8,000 per month.
