Role Overview
- Working as part of a high performing and collaborative commercial team, you will be responsible for enhancing the competitiveness and availability of products across an assigned portfolio of hotels.
- The role focuses on driving performance through optimized contracting conditions, data driven decision making, and strong supplier relationships.
Responsibilities
- Renegotiate contracting conditions with hotel partners to maximize availability, promotional offers, and best available rates, ensuring accurate system loading and strong commercial positioning.
- Use company dashboards and data insights to prioritize actions and improve product performance.
- Secure new offers and additional availability directly from suppliers, ensuring they are correctly loaded into the system.
- Collaborate closely with the Contracting Manager to share insights, align strategies, and drive operational efficiency.
- Proactively manage and maintain daily communication with assigned hotel partners to strengthen relationships and performance.

- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to negotiate effectively and drive results.
