Responsibilities
- Manage assigned sourcing projects from RFQ to supplier selection
- Receive and review sourcing requests from internal stakeholders
- Prepare and issue RFIs/RFQs to approved suppliers
- Evaluate supplier quotations and collaborate with business stakeholders on technical and commercial assessments
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules
- Recommend preferred suppliers and support the procurement approval process
- Coordinate with the Legal team for supplier agreements and contracts
- Conduct supplier visits and assess supplier capabilities and production facilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Ensure sourcing activities are completed within agreed timelines and company procurement policies
Requirements
- 3 5 years of sourcing/procurement experience in Visual Merchandising, Fabrication, or Gifting categories
- Experience managing sourcing projects from RFQ to supplier selection
