Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives for assigned spend categories to achieve cost savings, value creation, and business objectives
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, define sourcing strategies, and proactively plan procurement activities
- Clarify, refine, and negotiate scope of work with stakeholders before initiating sourcing events
- Prepare and manage RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and tender documentation based on business requirements
- Lead end to end sourcing activities through the organization's e sourcing platform while ensuring transparency, confidentiality, and compliance
- Evaluate supplier proposals, conduct commercial negotiations, and secure the best commercial terms, pricing, and contractual conditions
- Manage supplier relationships and conduct periodic vendor performance reviews to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and business teams during contract negotiations and vendor onboarding
- Review and approve purchase orders in line with procurement policies and delegated authority
- Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, process optimization, and cost reduction across assigned categories
