Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and people-savvy Sourcing Executive to join our Human Resource team .

In this role, you will be the engine behind our recruitment pipeline — finding, engaging, and attracting top talent across multiple channels.

This is an excellent opportunity for a UAE National early in their career who is passionate about people, curious about the market, and eager to develop their headhunting and sourcing skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CV databases, social media, and direct headhunting approaches.

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates across targeted functions and seniority levels.

· Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate interest, qualifications, and cultural fit.

· Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

· Manage candidate records accurately in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), ensuring all data is up to date.

· Research and map talent markets, competitor landscapes, and talent pools for key roles.

· Support end-to-end recruitment coordination including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication.

· Contribute to employer branding efforts on social media and professional networks.

· Track sourcing metrics and share insights on sourcing effectiveness with the team.

Requirements And Skillsets

· UAE National (Emirati) — required under Emiratisation mandate.

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, HR, or a related role (internships and fresh graduates with strong aptitude are welcome).

· Familiarity with LinkedIn and digital sourcing tools is a strong advantage.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.

· Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.

· Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
