- Work closely with compliance and operations to ensure seamless client experience
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments
- Promote the company's brand and trading platforms in local and international markets
- Represent the company in expos, seminars, and other industry events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management within the Forex/CFD industry
- Strong understanding of financial markets, particularly FX, CFDs, indices, and commodities
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing high value clients
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Fluency in Arabic
- Familiarity with trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4/5, cTrader
- Ability to work in a fast paced and target driven environment

Role Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Relationship Manager (Arabic Speaker) to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relationship management within the financial markets, particularly in FX, CFDs, and derivatives.
- You will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing a portfolio of high net worth individuals, institutional clients, and/or active traders.
Responsibilities
- Retain and maintain new clients, including individual and institutional investors.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients to maximize trading activity and client satisfaction.
- Identify clients’ needs and provide tailored FX/CFD trading solutions.
- Conduct regular meetings, calls, and follow ups with clients to provide market updates, technical insights, and trading opportunities.
- Work closely with compliance, operations, to ensure seamless client experience.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments.
- Promote the company’s brand and trading platforms in both local and international markets.

Requirements
