Solutions Trainer - CDI/Coding

As a Solutions Trainer (CDI/ Coding) you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. The person hired for the position of Solutions Trainer (CDI/Coding) will engage with our customers both remotely and onsite to facilitate training for our Solventum HIS software customers. Here, you will make an impact by:

Introduction, demonstration, and training our customers on Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ and associated Revenue Cycle products, incorporating blended Learning and adult learning concepts.

Delivery of live classroom - and web- based training, as well as contribution to asynchronous training

Participate in project implementations with pre and post go live participation with key project stakeholders.

May serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME), mentor and contributor to internal Solventum HIS teams, such as Implementations, Support, Documentation, Instructional Design, or others as designated.

Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum values and ethical standards.
