Job description
Job title: Solutions Lead
Location
- Manchester, Leeds or Reading locations (hybrid working available)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Focus of the role
We are looking for a Solution Lead who brings depth, experience, and a growing appetite for the bigger picture. Day to day you will be building Power Apps, automating processes, deploying Copilot Studio agents, and delivering for clients but you bring more to those conversations. Your experience means you are naturally starting to think beyond the immediate brief: what the client might need next, where a solution could be stronger, how the platform fits into something larger. You do not need to have all those answers yet, but you should be the kind of person who is already asking those questions.
