The Solutions Engineer helps managed service providers use cloud, security, infrastructure, productivity, continuity, and AI solutions.

What You Will Do
- Partner with Channel Account Managers on technical and commercial solution conversations.
- Guide partners through cloud, security, continuity, productivity, infrastructure, and operational technology opportunities.
- Deliver demonstrations focused on business outcomes and value.
- Support proof-of-concept deployments and architecture discussions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned solution portfolios.
- Create technical resources, implementation guides, and educational content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve partner experiences and accelerate adoption.
- Troubleshoot deployment challenges and help partners achieve successful outcomes.
Experience and Qualifications
- Demonstrated technical solutions engineering, pre-sales, or consulting experience.
- Passion for technology, cloud platforms, and continuous learning.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Customer-first mindset and desire to create exceptional experiences.
- Confidence navigating unfamiliar environments and solving technical challenges.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams and external stakeholders.
- One or more industry certifications, such as Microsoft Fundamentals, Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA A+, Security+, or Network+.
- Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
