Role Overview
The Solutions Engineer supports customers and sales teams with technical expertise for Trend Micro cybersecurity software products.
The role is suited to cybersecurity architects, developers, network or systems engineers, security specialists, and experienced Sales Engineers.
Pre-Sales and Customer Support
- Provide solutions to complex technical issues in a pre-sales capacity.
- Provide Proof of Concept services and help customers plan and implement Trend Micro software products.
- Perform software and network troubleshooting on complex technical issues.
- Provide product training, sales presentations, marketing events, and user group presentations.
- Travel regionally approximately 30–35% for customer-site support and events.
