Role Overview
As a Solution Architect on our presales team, you will serve as the technical overlay for our most complex public sector opportunities. You will partner closely with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Engineering to design, present, and validate solutions that address customer objectives across their Microsoft initiatives, while also helping architect and operationalize our secure cloud enclaves (including FedRAMP High, DoD IL5, and IL6).
This role blends Solution Architecture with elements of Technical Program Management. You will help drive architecture decisions, align cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure we can consistently deliver secure, scalable solutions in environments where compliance, identity, segmentation, and partner ecosystem constraints materially shape what is possible.

Overview

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, prospects, and channel partners to understand business needs and propose solutions that leverage AvePoint’s offerings.
- Act as the technical overlay for complex, high-risk, non-standard opportunities, including scenarios that challenge or exceed current solution patterns. Drive alignment on “the right way to solve” and document repeatable approaches.
