Role Overview
TCS is hiring an MS Dynamics CRM Solutions Architect for work involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, implementation, consulting, and delivery coordination.
The posting specifies twelve to eighteen years of experience and a PAN India location.
Required Experience
- At least twelve years of solution architecture experience and seven or more years of Dynamics D365 CRM implementation or consulting experience are required.
- Experience with Dynamics D365 CRM in on-premise or online environments is required.
- Experience with C#, SQL Server, SSIS, analytics, SSRS reporting, Azure, security, data migration, and complex middleware integrations is required.
CRM and Microsoft Technologies
- The role requires knowledge of CRM sales, service, marketing, field service, Voice of Customer, portals, configurations, and customizations.
- Required technologies include PowerApps, Power Automate, gateways, deployments, Azure DevOps, and integration patterns for online and on-premise applications.
- Power BI experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create techno-functional fitment through interaction with client stakeholders.
- Conduct CRM solution approach workshops.
- Create high-level as-is and to-be architecture and technical designs for CRM and obtain client approvals.
- Coordinate with Microsoft, third-party vendors, and offshore teams.
- Create integration specifications and designs.
