Lead the end-to-end Workforce Management tower for a new client account.
The role is accountable for building an effective planning and governance framework across demand forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, intraday management, performance analytics and workforce optimization.
The Tower Lead will ensure that staffing aligns with business demand and service-level commitments, establish stable operations during transition, and serve as the senior WFM contact for client and delivery stakeholders.
