Job Summary
The Solutions Architect designs and presents end-to-end technology solutions addressing customer business and technical requirements.
The role combines solution design, technical consulting, and presales support in collaboration with customers, sales teams, and technical specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned with customer objectives and technical requirements.
- Engage customers to understand challenges, requirements, and strategic goals.
- Support presales meetings, workshops, demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions.
- Prepare architecture documents, technical proposals, statements of work, implementation plans, and project scope definitions.
- Design and position solutions across AI and Intelligent Automation, Digital Transformation, IT Operations and Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.
- Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle and lead bid and proposal presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners on scalable and competitive solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to improve solution offerings.
- Provide architectural oversight and technical expertise to project delivery teams during implementation.
