About the Role
Join the growing team in Abu Dhabi as an IT Software Account Manager.
Manage existing customer accounts, drive revenue growth, and acquire new customers in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing Abu Dhabi accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customer logos.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and decision-makers.
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable software solutions and services.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of proven software and IT solutions account management experience.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software, IT Service Management, security solutions, and AI technologies.
- Mandatory experience working with customers in Abu Dhabi.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
