Role Overview

The Sales Supervisor will oversee the sales operations, ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales management, and a proven track record of driving performance in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and maximize revenue growth.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize sales processes, leveraging data and team feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish clear performance metrics for the sales team, monitor progress, and provide regular coaching and feedback to ensure goals are met.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with broader business objectives and a seamless customer journey.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and performance analyses to senior management, offering insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, motivation, and collaboration within the sales team to drive high performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in the software industry is a must.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Transferable Iqama.
  • Driving license.
