- Win competitive evaluations against Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft
- Turn ZATCA, Muqeem, GOSI, and Mudad compliance into closing arguments
- Own pipeline accuracy and forecasting in Pipedrive
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B enterprise software sales, specifically ERP
- 2+ years selling full ERP solutions to complex, multi stakeholder organizations
- Proven record closing SAR 150K+ contracts
- 80%+ quota attainment in at least one of the past 3 years
- Consultative seller with ability to diagnose before prescribing
- Fluent Arabic and Professional English

Role Overview
- Dafater is a Saudi built business platform trusted by thousands of private and public sector organizations since 2013.
- We're hiring a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle for our flagship enterprise ERP platform.
What you'll do
- Build enterprise pipeline through field engagement, executive relationships, and strategic outreach
- Run the full sales cycle: discovery → solution design → proposal → executive alignment → close
- Navigate CFO, COO, IT Director, and Operations leadership in the same deal
- Win competitive evaluations against Oracle, SAP and Microsoft

What we're looking for

Compensation
- SAR 11,000–13,000/month base + uncapped commission
