Your Role And Responsibilities

  • Drive Solution Excellence: Develop and enable solutioning teams to co create, shape, and design innovative solutions that meet client needs and drive growth for IBM Consulting.
  • Balance Competitiveness and Deliverability: Ensure solutions are competitive while maintaining healthy margins for IBM and delivering value to clients.
  • Foster Client Relationships: Build credibility, trust, and lasting client relationships through effective solutioning and delivery.
  • Apply Solutioning Standards: Ensure solutioning standards, models, best practices, and expertise are applied to solutions to maintain E2E integrity.
  • Innovate Across Partner Ecosystem: Further IBM's market eminence by innovating across our partner ecosystem and driving business outcomes.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Deep Expertise in Solution Development: Proven experience in developing and enabling solutioning teams to co create, shape, and design innovative solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Experience with Global Market Insights: Demonstrated ability to leverage global learnings, market insights, and Service Line expertise to build eminence and guide critical solutions that tie client strategies to business outcomes.
  • Solutioning Standards and Best Practices: Experience in applying solutioning standards, models, best practices, and expertise to solutions to maintain end to end integrity.
  • Complex Solution Delivery: Proven experience in delivering complex, multidiscipline solutions that drive business outcomes and meet client needs.
  • Eminence Building in Partner Ecosystems: Experience in innovating across partner ecosystems to further market eminence and drive business outcomes.
